1. Processing Time

  • Order confirmation: Immediately upon purchase
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • During peak seasons (sales, festivals), processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Time Frame : 1-2 Business Days
  • Delivery Time Frame : 4-7 Business Days
  • Free Shipping : On all orders 

3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number
  • Track through our website or courier portal.
  • Contact us if you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

  • Unexpected delays (weather, strikes, etc.) may occur.
  • If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
  • We’ll work with the courier to locate or replace your item.
  • Claim requirements:

    Notify us within 30 days of dispatch.

    Provide your order number and any courier info received.

5. Address Changes & Errors

  • Please confirm your delivery address during checkout.
  • To correct an address after order placement, contact us within 12 hours.
  • Shipping to an incorrect or outdated address is customer responsibility.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement (before processing starts).
  • Cancellation requests after processing begins may incur charges.
