Refund policy

At Threads N Trends, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is not a sale/clearance item or part of a final sale.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at threadsntrendshelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.
  3. Ship the item back to our return address (customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

4. Refunds

  • Post approval, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 3-4 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at threadsntrendshelp@gmail.com.

The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10-15 business days

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank (some processing times vary).
