Refund policy
At Threads N Trends, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is not a sale/clearance item or part of a final sale.

3. Return Process
- Email us at threadsntrendshelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Ship the item back to our return address (customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective).
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
4. Refunds
- Post approval, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 3-4 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at threadsntrendshelp@gmail.com.
The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10-15 business days
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank (some processing times vary).
